We bought two of these for a conference of 400 people in a large hotel ballroom 700 miles away. They were going to be transported, along with lots of additional AV equipment, supplies, etc. in a small U-Haul.
Are they large enough to sit at the far end of an 85x60-ft ballroom and be readable by the congregation? YES!
Is text clear and readable in typical hotel lighting? YES! (We did dim the lights a little during the worship portion, but the room was still well lit).
Are they easy to set up and breakdown? YES! (We're an all-volunteer army, so we needed it to be easy for anyone available to get the screens up and down).
Because of the size of the screens, these are very long in their cases (I did manage to slide them into my 2012 Prius - windshield to windshield - to get them from my home (where they were delivered) to our local church facility. But a two-person team would probably be best in getting the folded screens into your venue. It's doable with one (I did it locally); but to prevent lots of knee banging and possible whacking of inanimate objects, I'd recommend two.
Overall, between the price, the ease of setup, the clarity of the screen material and the ease of storage, I give these screens a definite thumbs-up.
