For all sales enquires before you buy including specifications, shipping charges, delivery times, stock availability or if you cannot find your product please contact us on the following email address.

Tammex will accept refunds if the return meets the following criteria.
The return is within 5 working days of delivery. The product is un-opened and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. A restocking fee may be applied in the amount of 20%. Shipping Charges are non refundable. Licensing, Memory and Print Consumables are non refundable.

Paypal (Visa and Mastercard) - Payment clears immediately. Paypal credit card transactions are the quickest payment option we have. The transaction clears immediately and goods are usually shipped with in 24 hours of making the purchase. This payment option incurs a 2.5% surcharge. You do not need a Paypal account to use this payment option.
Direct Deposit - Bank Transfer Payment - Please allow 1 -2 business days for payment to clear. Direct deposit is the cheapest and quickest way to purchase from Tammex. You can use this option by using your internet banking. If you do not have internet banking then simply walk in to any Westpac branch and make payment over the counter. This payment option does not incur any surcharge.
These account details will be emailed to you when you choose this option at checkout. When choosing this payment option please use your Name as the transaction description.
Personal Cheque - Please allow 7-9 business days for payment to clear. Tammex accepts all forms of cheques, (Business, personal, Bank) as a payment option. This is a convenient way for our business customers to make payment. This option does not incur any surcharge.
Flexirent - Please allow up to 2 weeks for payment to clear. If you need the latest technology, then Flexirent is the way to go especially as you will be using the equipment for work and business purposes. Shipping Detials
At Tammex we aim to provide the cheapest possible delivery prices without compromising quality of service. All our deliveries are done by insured courier giving you piece of mind knowing that your order will be delivered in its original state guaranteed. For around $12 to most Australian destinations, Tammex has one of the cheapest courier delivery services available.
What areas do we deliver to? We deliver to all Australian street addresses. We do not deliver to PO Box's. All our deliveries are insured and we require a signature by the purchaser. We can delivery to your home or place of work.
How long does it take to deliver? Delivery times are usually within 1-2 business days Australia wide. Larger items such as printers and desktop computers may take an additional 1-2 business days to deliver to WA, SA and NT due to there size.
How much does it cost for delivery? Delivery is calculated at checkout. Most items cost between $12 - $15 to deliver Australia wide. Printers and larger itmes cost extra and vary depending on weight.
